Door/window trim pad adjusting plates

I'm looking down on the passenger door. Does anybody have a picture of what the highlighted trim pad adjusting plate assembly looks like? My rigged up setup isn't working.. Basically when I roll the window up it hits the plastic window rub guides.

Now that we talked on the phone, I see the 3rd felt guide in your photo when I zoom in. You're right. That one is the problem and it needs to be removed.
