Figured I would make a "New Member" post. I first started lurking around here about 15 years ago and joined up when I bought my first Monte Carlo but didn't renew my membership. I sold that car about 8 years ago. I had been looking another for the past couple years. Became a full dues paying member a couple years ago. Finally got me another Monte Carlo last week. It's a 1972. It checked all the boxes for what I was looking. ZZ4 350 engine, 700r4 transmission, 3.73 12 bolt rear, Wilwood disc brakes, tubular A arms , air conditioning, Bluetooth stereo, bucket seats with console and floor shifter. Not a big fan of the wheels. May change them at some point.PXL_20250502_191106095.thumb.jpg.1fbd09ba091953b8c4ef297581c64c24.jpgPXL_20250502_212839091.thumb.jpg.db2be85ddf118e559fee9afd28024ec0.jpgPXL_20250502_212913447.thumb.jpg.c8d06a53791cd1ad45747dbb6b96f78e.jpg

Clint, that is a beautiful Monte you have found.  You live about the same distance from Somerset KY as me and I would love to meet you and see that beautiful Monte in Somerset, KY in a few weeks.

I think we have another member who lives in your area who I think is coming to the Eastern Meet in KY.

If the timing is not right to make it to Somerset, KY for the Eastern Meet there is always the Mini-Meet I am hosting in Carlisle PA toward the end of June.  We have I think 43 members currently registered with me to come to the Carlisle Meet.

Both of these meets are a great way to meet a lot of our members and see some great Monte Carlo's
