What are people using for glueing their vinyl top - contact cement, 3m adhesive, headliner adhesive, or?

I did a general search but nothing definitive came up.

I have Weldwood contact adhesive for my new headliner, which I plan to install here very soon. I have 3M spray adhesive for the headliner as well.

Non pro tip, get the non fabric backed top.  Extra 150$ but looks 1Mx better.  Put one on and the trim didn’t fit, the look was off and it just didn’t look like it was meant for the car.  Peeled all the glue, cleaned and installed the new one and so happy.

PS, never done it before but couldn’t find anyone that does it near me so just went for it.  Learned everything I know from Old School Auto Upholstey videos.

Oh, I guess I should have said what I used for adhesive.

DAP Products Weldwood Landau Top & Trim HHR Solvent Type Spray Grade Contact Adhesive 1 Gal, Natural

Got it on Amazon.  https://a.co/d/6Tpodt1

The video posted above and the whole channel was super helpful.  Got a 40$ spray gun and worked great.  That gallon is enough to do 3-4 tops.
