Time Is Getting Short

For anyone who does not have a reservation at the club host hotel in in Carlisle, after today, you will only have 3 days to get a reservation at the club host hotel for the Carlisle Mini-Meet/2025 Eastern Meet.

Members who currently hold hotel reservations, PLEASE, if for some reason you find you can not make it, please DO NOT cancel your reservations.  Please just send me an email with your reservation number.  I will hold your reservation until Monday June 16th at which time I will either notify you to cancel or I will cancel that reservation myself.  No matter what you will get an email notifying you the reservation has been cancelled.

Quick reminder, if anyone wants any Club merchandise brought to Carlisle, let me know soon. We're only bringing a limited amount of items such as the new batch of hats if they arrive in time, the club license plates (both original black background & new white ones), and maybe a few T-shirts. Other than that, please place an order with me beforehand.

As mentioned before, I'm offering to wash any new shirts if you want, so the items will be nice and clean & ready to wear when you get there. So far, everyone who has pre-ordered garments for Carlisle delivery (and Kentucky) has taken me up on that offer.

Couple things...last couple of years, I got some disposable car covers from Amazon, 4 to a package. The ones I got last year are discontinued, but the ones below seem to be the same type. I'll have a couple extra with me, but it may not be a bad idea to get a few before the event. The one year it rained a couple times and these covers were great. Also good at night in the hotel parking lot, to keep the dew and giant bugs off the car.

Next, we're going to hold a raffle for some of the more expensive door prizes generously donated by Rob & Dan Janes. All of the proceeds will be going directly to the Kentucky Tornado relief. Bob Hedden will also be passing a hat around at times throughout the weekend to collect for the same fund. Couple of nice items for sure, with a copy below of the flyer we'll have on display when selling the tickets.
