What are you guys using?   I know no lock is perfect and I have theft coverage on the car and trailer.   Just look to reduce my chances of needing the insurance.

Sadly, like you said, no lock is perfect.

What you'd most likely want is something that takes to long to figure out.......

But unfortunately, as my neighbour found out last week, if they want it, they'll get it.

They took his whole truck/trailer set up from in front of his house while he was in the garage out back..... Keys in his pocket and the middle of the day.

Locks only keep honest people honest ☹️ Ive heard of trailers, and complete rigs being stolen. I don't leave my hitch attached (yes with a lock) if the trailer isn't attached.

Knowing this, last year I went in recovery mode, for Carlisle and a few other spots. Many options out there, do your research. My buddy has a tracker that works off a cell phone / SIM card. Since my Monte lives in the country, cell service is sketchy, I couldn't go that route . I went with a satellite tracker. Plus side, worked great off the web portal on a pc, minus trying to configure from the cell phone (IPhone) was a bust, tech support couldn't help either.

If they want it, their gonna try and take it, best advice is being ready to find it once its stolen

I have Air tags on everything.  They probably aren't great, but they are pretty cheap and easy to hide and attach with velcro.  I have them on everything.  If there's no service, it only know's last location, but once back in service, it shows new location.  I'm not sure how easy someone could find them if they stole my trailer / car, but its something, I guess.  I agree with Mark.  There's a lot of options and I'm sure some pretty good one's, but if someone want's it bad enough, they're gonna get it.

I do have a tire boot and inexpensive hitch ball lock that will probably only take someone a few extra seconds to contend with if there gonna steal it.  I have seen some nice  ones, but I'd like to see someone's in person first.  I'll show you my cheap one at Carlisle.
