They are AWESOME people.. be patient.. they are all volunteers. it's a slow process.. they will ask you to do a LOT of things.. sometimes several times over.. but I've enlisted their help with 3 different computers.. and every time it's been 100% successful. Shadow Gray SS Posted July 15, 2010 Author Share Posted July 15, 2010 Here is a little tip I just learned as well: If you use a bluetooth keyboard and/or mouse, try to find a USB keyboard and mouse to use if you need to get to safe mode on boot-up. The bluetooth ones do not work until the drivers are booted and that is beyond the point of entering safe-mode. At least on my PC anyways. Austin90 Posted July 19, 2010 Share Posted July 19, 2010 Sometimes you can go into processes and if you find a virus running stop it but its prob in your registry someplace best option is to re format.
