Outlook express, log-in

For the last two weeks or so I have to log in everyday before I can send an email on Outlook express. I have contacted their help line and have not had any luck. I can receive emails but not send without loging on every day. I am not able to check the block that says to keep logged in.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for the suggestion. I have Windows XP and tried the "How to reenter your password in Outlook Express" procedure but it still doesn't work. The guy from Outlook Express walked me through that same procedure also and it didn't work then either.

Check and make sure that the log in your using for your profile has admin rights to change the setting. If you are logged in as a user, outlook express will not let you change some of the functions.
