Guest larrydday Posted November 11, 2007 Posted November 11, 2007 I have my dash pulled and all the a/c and heating ducts pulled apart. I need to know where to get the tape that wraps around the bottom of the ducts and makes a seal when they are joined or stuck into each other. The tape looks like it may have had some kind of felt on the outside to make the seal.
Big Jim Posted November 11, 2007 Posted November 11, 2007 It was a open cell foam tape. The tricky part is finding the right thickness and width. I think some of the reproducers are selling the specific tape for the ducts.
