Picked up a Hayden kit from the local parts store, i was going to go bigger, but budget didn't allow for it right now, and I needed to replace my old one ASAP, because it had rubbed thru one of the tubes on the end and was spraying fluid.

I made room for the cooler hoses this time, using a 1-1/2" hole cutter, the holes could have been smaller, but I only had 1-1/2" and 2-1/2" cutters.

with the re-routed hoses, and the radiator being set back, it forced me to mvoe the cooler over towards the middle of the rad so the hoses wouldn't be stressed. .which worked it pretty well because now about 1/2 of the trans cooler is infront of the electric fan smile

yeah.. Harbor Freight has a rubber grommet set I'm gonna take a peak at. i'd prefer to use a grommet for a tidier look smile

if u didn't notice, there's no radiator grill right now LOL.. so it's not getting driven a whole lot right now.
