Is this a good video for removing Dash pad to change bulbs?

Is this basically the same method for removing 1970 monte dash pad? Want to replace all dash bulbs and the dimmer is not working well either.

That video is okay but really skips the steps required to get to that point, like removing the center vent, dropping the steering column, important stuff like that. All i was able to gather from that video is the location of the dash pad screws and the dash mounting bolts. By the way, those are 7/16" bolts. 

 

By dimmer do you mean the dimmer switch for the headlights or the headlight switch that dims the dash lights?

I'll read some of the posts here on changing dash lights...seems to have better info than youtube.

Not to sound like a smarts.. but if you can read and follow their directions these guys are pretty dahm good and honest about the issues you will run in to.
