***** Please keep in mind, the FGMCC is a Car Club, not just a website. Initially, you'll be put into a 'New Member' group, where you will be able to enjoy the site's information with near full access. After 30 days, this should be enough time to appreciate the wealth of information & benefits of this group, and we encourage you join as a full 'Dues-Paying' member. The minimal cost of the dues helps to keep the website and associated club costs continued. If you decide otherwise, you'll automatically be put into a 'Non Dues-paying' group with more limited access and restrictions. Information to become a full member can be viewed HERE (Membership details) and HERE (Payment Methods).
Thank you!

if anyone knows where to get a pair of these, I'm interested.
-
I didn’t say that you couldn’t do it, just that they are not recommended for storage.

Lots of beautiful cars great times thanks for the pics

Had to choose between local car show or cruise decided I didn’t want to sit in the parking lot and went with local club, started at IHOP for breakfast and then a cruise to Sanibel causeway where they just recently opened up the beach parking after hurricane Irma did a lot of damage it’s not like it used to be but it’s still a beautiful area, hope everyone is doing well take care

Does anybody have a four post lyft, that they didn't anchor down and if not, how sturdy actually, is it, then what type
-
The only thing is is the wheels.Hang downYou know, so I don't think I could park anything with any height underneath it.So I think I buy these wheel extenders, I think they look pretty good at first I thought the four post lift would take up less room. But thinking about it now, the only thing that's going to be in the way is one of the posts really on a two post

So true Joe, life sees to be so invaluable to some. Where will the madness stop ??.. my heart ♥️ goes out to these public servants and their families…
-
Thank you Ron & Rob, for getting this done for everyone!
-
Terrible situation without a doubt. Seems the world has just gotten crazier in the last number of years. Thoughts & prayers to the families, loved ones, and first responders everywhere.
-
I've left cars on the lift for extended periods with no ill effects. Also parked cars under there, with no issues (unless the car above leaks, lol)

Just a quick note... I'd like to welcome Roland (Moestuin) to our group. He's the gentleman from the Invision community I mentioned earlier. He's been working hard the last number of days to correct & modify some things in the background to help make our site more efficient & safe. So far, I'm very impressed with what he has done, and continues to do for us. As mentioned, he's going to correct a database issue we've had for a number of years, and one that would prevent us from migrating to the newest version of Invision in the future. He also says it will likely speed things up as well. Thank you again Roland, we all appreciate what you're doing for our group!

I would not store a car on a two post lift. They are not designed to do that. IMO

Hi, I am Moestuin. The Gardener that waters the servers and cultivates better speeds. Maintaining a few Invision Community forums myself and assisting other forum admins. Please let us know in this topic the exact times when slowness occurs or when site is not reachable. That will help me pinpoint the cause in the logfiles better. I have already blocked a lot of bots and bad crawlers. Will continue to monitor. Now it is disabled, there are no new errors. Next Thursday in the early hours, at around 5am i will preform some maintenance to the database. During that time the website could be down. I will be making sure the website is back up and running before 7am.

So found these deals on the interweb.I guess they're compatible with any two post lift and it raises by the tires. So I could probably even use a two post to store above another vehicle. That's what i'm hoping I gotta do some more research

Back when I bought my MORRIS belts there was the GM logo option (shown in this picture) that I paid extra for. -
