    This is my favorite color combo for the SS! I haven't been on the site for years, but saw this on FB and I have admired the car for decade on this site! I wish I could buy it but I have a 37 year relationship with Big Blue, too much sentimental value...... Your car is absolutely is the most beautiful SS454 I have ever seen! I love all the pics, and the the backgrounds of the pics are amazing!!! Good Luck!! Mike

    I do, non-Custom W-Code, no vinyl top. I actually thought most 454s in 72 were Customs.....

    Good stuff there. Love that Coke Machine and have wished I could do something similar. I've been in this club forever, but being in South Fl, I could never make any of the meets. This club has been a great asset for us First Gen guys, Thank you Kevin! Before the club, I was getting that First Gen magazine....the Knight or something like that? Who put that together? Mike

    That looks like such a great event! I really like the fact that you actually cruised together through the countryside. That part is missing from the car scene down here and that's the most fun!

    This is a tough call! So many advantages to an LS motor as far a clean, reliable, fast transportation. But you would be adding a lot of complexity to the car, no doubt. I personally love the simplicity of a giant big block in the Monte! Heck, I was upset I had to put an electric fuel pump in mine as the 502 had no provision for a mechanical pump. This would be just a weekend cruiser for you? Which overdrive trans will you be running and can it handle a 496?
