Thank you! This did help and is appreciated. Your picture brought up another issue. A bunch of sources say for reinstallation, the backing plate goes onto the spindle before the caliper bracket. Mine only assembles with the caliper bracket first. Any thought on this?

Reassembling my front end and I’m wondering how to determine the left from right steering knuckles behind the spindle. Can someone show the correct position and how to tell left from right? thanks in advance!
