  1. The problem is solved. 😊 The relay was missing, and a cable behind the old connector on the turn signal switch was broken. Sheβ€˜s going for technical inspection tomorrow, and then it will take 4-8 weeks for the authorities to issue the special permit. Thank you guys. πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘
  2. Thanks a lot, guys. I have the right relay at home I think.
  3. Or do I just have to put the relay back in and that's it?
  4. There must be the problem somewhere. The relay is missing from the fuse box and is wired externally. Does anyone have a tip? I would be very grateful.
  5. Thank you very much Greg. 😊 That helps
  6. It's crazy. The turn signals only work when the hazard switch is pulled out. If it's pushed in, they no longer work. The hazard lights never work. The previous owner had to change some wiring because the turn signal switch was defective (the hazard switch could no longer be pushed in).
  7. Welcome guys. 😊
  8. I'll check that. πŸ‘πŸ˜Š It's also the case that now that the Hazard switch is working again, the turning lights don't work when the hazard warning switch is engaged. The Turnus lights only work when I pull out the hazard warning switch. Something is being rewired. I'll check the fuse box.
  9. I'm getting desperate right now. 🀣 The switch for the hazard warning lights works correctly again after the replacement, but the hazard warning lights don't work. Does anyone have a tip? I also replaced the relay. No difference. Otherwise, everything works as it should, except for the hazard warning lights, which won't turn on.
  10. Thank you very much for the info. 😊 I have all the necessary tools. Including the one for the steering wheel lock. I recently reinstalled the original steering wheel. And then I discovered that the switch was defective. πŸ™ˆπŸ€£
  11. I now have the turn signal switch, and it must be the case that the small groove on the switch is worn out, and the switch is no longer held in place. I can push the switch in, but it pops back out. Otherwise, all the lights and indicators work without problems. Since the switch is permanently pulled and the hazard lights don't work, I think the relay is also defective or something was removed by the previous owner. I'll get to work on it this weekend.
  12. Thanks for the quick help. ☺️ Then the button is permanently out, without the hazard lights working. I'll buy the part Scott posted. πŸ‘
  13. For registration in Germany, the hazard warning lights must work. Unfortunately, the switch is defective. It doesn't lock into place. Even when I hold it down, the hazard warning lights don't work. Does anyone have experience with it and know what might be wrong? Otherwise, the lighting system works perfectly. I think I need the complete indicator switch unit, right? Many thanks in advance. ☺️
  14. Thank you so much for the warm welcome. I'll introduce myself again later, with some pictures. Registration is truly a nightmare in Germany. Far too bureaucratic. Everything is checked and supposed to have the correct number or certification mark, and some modifications are necessary. I'm happy to be a member of the club. Please excuse my English. I rely on Google Translate for help. 🀣
