Wood grain removal

Hi guys. Is it possible to remove the wood grain from the dashboard without dismount the dashboard itself? I have removed the four upper screws on the grain but it's not yet moving.

wouldn't be easy to do without at least loosening the dash up and pulling it forward.

this is a look at the back of the dash... the metal tabs have to be bent straight in order to remove without damaging. Also they are tacked-in with an adhesive, after years of use it tends to loosen-up a bit. Good luck!

Thanks guys. When I look at the photos it's obvious that it's almost impossible to remove it without disassembling the whole board first. But not a problem, I need to paint the chrome rings anyway and I also want to replace the clock with a tach. More work, more fun.
