silver71mc Posted November 6, 2015 Posted November 6, 2015 What is the correct name for the part that looks like a condenser, that is mounted on the coil bracket? Does it help to eliminate radio noise? I replaced the points with a Pertronix ignitor module, do I still need that part. The connecting wire separated from the round part, so if I need it. I need to get a new one. Can I get one from the local parts stores, and what do I call it. Thanks, Paul Quote
Sam (Bones) Posted November 6, 2015 Posted November 6, 2015 it's the noise suppressor for the radio Quote
footballubet Posted November 7, 2015 Posted November 7, 2015 If you changed the points to an ignition module you won't need that. Quote
silver71mc Posted November 7, 2015 Author Posted November 7, 2015 Good deal, that's good news. Thanks for the info, Paul Quote
