Dipstick Tube for TH400

I need to replace the tube in my car, it has a chrome one and its leaking at the bottom, I have changed the o-ring but it still leaks, is there a replacement that a guy could buy? I was thinking just ordering the original one from The Parts Place but wondered if someone had an opinion. I don't want a chrome one again, just something that is good.

common problem, the O ring material needs to be a larger diameter and I always use some RTV silicon above the O ring, install the tube and let it set until the RTV fully cures before adding oil or starting the engine

So would you recommend replacing the crappy chrome one with an original one?

that's up to you, original stuff is always better IMO
