I was working on the '72 the other day and removed the driver's door panel which looked to have never been off (53,000 original miles). On the back of the door panel was the build sheet and it looked like it had been stuck on before the panel was put together since it was impaled by the the armrest plate attachments.

I've never heard of one being here.

At least it confirms my suspicions that it had been a Tulsa car all its life.

Now why couldn't they all do that and save us a lot of time searching for one?  Nice find and in excellent condition.

Lucky....the only one I found was above the gas tank and that one basically disintegrated when removed. I did put what I could in a ziplock Baggie and it is somewhat complete but hard to read from being so dirty.

Mine still has partial build sheets inside the front fenders 2 nice ones gas tank, pass side under carpet. Yes the vins match the later 2 didn't disturbed the fender ones to far up the inside.
