Mikjone Posted September 30, 2016 Posted September 30, 2016 Good afternoon Can anyone recommend a good source for pre bent brake lines, steel and stainless Thanks, Mike
Mike Brichta Posted September 30, 2016 Posted September 30, 2016 Hey Mike, I think "The Right Stuff" carries what you are looking for. http://www.getdiscbrakes.com/brakes/brake-lines Mike
stangeba Posted September 30, 2016 Posted September 30, 2016 I got some from IN-LINE Tube, fit great. I think Leo was a dealer for them??? Bruce
TAG429 Posted October 1, 2016 Posted October 1, 2016 I just replaced all my lines with lines from Inline Tube. All fit nicely with very little "tweaking".
420ponies Posted October 2, 2016 Posted October 2, 2016 Inlinetube.com .I have mine on my car since '05 and look the same as the day I put them on. best thing I ever did for it.
Mikjone Posted October 8, 2016 Author Posted October 8, 2016 I bought the whole stainless kit from Inline Tubing. I checked two lines, bent wrong, they don`t fit Dan in sales wants me to send my old lines, so he can copy them. Hoping someone has a part# I am not happy that I have to do the leg work after spending $$ for stuff that's supposed to fit btw, while on hold, the "elevator music" talk over praises the company`s high tech method for the perfect fit!! Can`t make it up. Its a 1970 MC, power disc. Thank you, Mike
stangeba Posted October 8, 2016 Posted October 8, 2016 Found my receipt from Sept 6 2005 WOW! I should finish this project someday. Mine is a 71, and different than the 70. Part number then was: CMB7102 Bruce
Mikjone Posted October 9, 2016 Author Posted October 9, 2016 My kit # is CMB7002. maybe mine is a late 70 with 71 brake system I'm going to give the Right Stuff a call, even though they look to be about 20% more for the kit for my car. Thanks for all of your help I will post when I find the solution Mike
