Cheap exhaust setup?

I currently have (what I believe) are two Glass packs that stop before the rear tires. I'm working on my car everyday and would like to replace them with something that's more quite. What's an inexpensive diy route I can go?

Stock exhaust from rockauto is somewhat cheap.
Also, Summit Jegs sells basic dual exhaust setups that are cheap. 

If you just want to quiet down your exhaust, replace your glasspacks with quiet chambered mufflers. It's cheap.

Chambered or "turbo" mufflers will be much quieter than glass packs.
