72 radiator #s

Does anyone know what these #s mean on the tag of the radiator?    There are no letters only #s,

      3364

  On the tag just under the filling neck.   

 i have to recore it and wanted to know if i should or just go buy a new one.

Its a 72 "W" code custom, trying to keep it as original as i can.

I can't help you with the numbers, but if it's the original radiator and you have a good radiator shop that can re-core it, that's what I would do. Especially if you're trying to retain originality.

I've found that aftermarket radiators, even the "original fit" radiators...don't.

Thanks Scott. I still am not sure if its original. Its the radiator that was in the car when I got it. I just thought I would ask before I did anything with it. Maybe I will ask in another forum before I do anything.
