june 16th 1980 ,i bought my monte carlo custom ,from my next door neighbor,who ordered the car from buff whalen chevrolet in michigan,

My dad bought it new for my brother.

Cool! Buff Whalen Chevrolet, in Michigan, was Engel Chevrolet when I was looking to order my 71. I did order it from Bill Fox Chevrolet in Rochester, Michigan and took delivery May 14, 1971.

I got my first Monte in 1980.....I've always had one...does that count? lol!!!!! I've had this one since 2007 which is actually a long time for me. Going to keep this one.... it's in my will to my son.
