My son in-law came up last Friday and we took ole red out for a spin and it ran just like it did coming back from Dayton last month like crap.  Pulled into the garage and popped of the air filter and presto one of the injectors was not firing. Jamey happened to remember reading in his research last fall about the connectors on the Sniper injectors getting loose. took off the side of the Sniper and the was the connector of said injector hanging loose. Put small wire ties around all of the injectors connectors and it runs like a champ again. Idle is steady, IAC is right on target, AFR perfect and response is tremendous. Number 7 plug was also fouled and so we changed to a NKG plug but  I think I need a little hotter plug to see if I can keep it from fouling. Had AC Delco R45TS and can not find a R46TS as the are discontinued. The heat range on the 45 is 4 and looking for either a 5 or 6 heat range plug to try and compensate for the fouling as a temporary fix.

Thanks for the update. I’m going to wait until I save up for a terminator x system. I did see that Holley releases a Sniper 2.  Supposedly all of the “issues” have been addressed

Resurrection time…

Ihad the Holley Terminator on my BBC and could never get it to work right. took it to a shop

that deals with Holley only to find out that the Terminator was first gen and no longer supported.I wound up getting the Sniper 2 and had shop install it and do all the adjustments. the Monte never ran so great. I only needed the throttle since i already had the Holley pump, filters and lines installed. So far (knock on wood) it runs great.

Got the Sniper back from Holley and got kit all installed and the car has never run this good. The new heads really woke up the performance on Ole Red. Kick the car into passing gear and it throws back in the seat pretty good and sounds fantastic

Good to hear!

I did put a terminator stealth on my 72. So far so good. After tuning I put 3 tanks of gas in it. No complaints.

I have a Terminator Stealth system in both my Monte & Z/28, runs good. Entirely different animal than a Sniper though.

I did have a little issue with the Camaro system when the IAC (idle air control valve) went bad. Simply replaced it with a Delphi unit (cheaper than the 'Holley' part number, and was the same part), though the odd thing is it's used on a Dodge Ram truck....ughhh.

I have a 1942 International Harvester with a chevrolet 350.

I installed a Sniper EFI, with the Holley distributor, Coil, and ignition.

Initially, I had issues with a fuse holder and fuel pump relay that would loose connection.  Needless to say after I replaced the fuse holder, and zip tied the fuel pump relay in place, it runs very well.

I am thinking that I want to go the route of the Sniper EFI 2 with the PDM, and a similar setup for my Monte Carlo.

No, single sensor for Sniper & Sniper 2, at least in any of their current instruction manuals & documentation.

The only system that can accommodate two O2 sensors for fuel control would be with their 'Dominator' ECM, the top of the line ECM they offer. That ECM is also included in their 'Terminator Stealth with transmission control' systems. The rest of the systems use a single sensor and control off of that one bank of cylinders.

Some of their other systems with a separate ECM (non-Sniper systems) can monitor an additional O2 signal, but for observation only, not control. You obviously need to obtain another sensor and also either purchase or fabricate a harness to plug it into the ECM. I have both my Monte & Z/28 wired and programmed for 2 sensors, and also both control fueling (Dominator ECM in both cars).
