Umi 4034B rear sway bar not fitting

Hello. Has anyone used a umi 4034-B reas sway bar and had issues with it not fitting between the lower control arms? I have a set of umi 4024-B non-adjustabe boxed lower control arms and I just purchased a umi rear sway bar 4034-B and I could not get them between the control arms, they seemed to be about a 1/2" to wide. Has anyone else run into the before. Thanks

Is the car in the air, and if so is it being lifted by the frame or the rear end?

i just put front/rear sway bar umi kit on over the winter rear was tight. had to slide both sides at same time or 1/4 inch at a time. used factory control arms
