I am looking at the following radiator combo for my 72 Monte with a 489.  Does anyone know if it will be a decent fit? Summit site says no and DeWitts site doesn't list a Monte but this is the one for a 68-72 Chevelle.

Ok, I thought so but didn't want to pull the trigger without checking.  Thanks a ton for the prompt feedback. Dam I love this group!

Just curious why you went with the DeWitts instead of the Griffin ?

Wow! That’s a lot of bucks for a radiator. Just my 2 cents.

Nice looking unit , However I'll stick with  Be Cool Radiators.  They have always out preformed my expectations

I checked out Be Cool when I searched the forums on radiators ( main priority is my upgrading to electric fans) but they didn't offer a package with the rad and fans like Griffin  or Dewitts. Maybe I'm just OCD but my fab skills leave a lot to be desired and I get skeptical when I get the "oh yea that will fit" answers 🤣

It is pricy but I have a guy relatively close to me who has the kit with radiator, Spal fans, shroud, and the fan/relay harness for both ($1,400 on their site, which I agree is alot). I am buying it from him new in the box for $900 because he sold his car for a Vette.

Be Cool, Griffin, both great buys so no argument from me on those either!
