Seat belt retractor repair

Hey Everybody! 

Is there anyone out there that knows who repairs these seat belt retractors?? The one on the passenger side pulls out and goes back in, but will not lock.... maybe it's a simple fix I don't know....

I don't believe parts are available for repairs..... Being a "life safety" device, and the fact that they're fairly inexpensive, I think you're going to have to buy the whole unit. 

But I could be wrong...... lol

Yea that is fine too, the only ones I can seem to find though are the big buckles for bucket seats I have the deluxe belt with the small buckle for bench seats.... unless all the retractors are the same? Then I would just add my belt webbing?
