Mark, that's a Glasteck 4" cowl hood. I HAD one "in stock" for a while. I was thinking of putting it on "Big Red" but was threatened not to. Lol.

My Nephew has one on his Monte . I think it looks good the way it takes up real estate on the long hood.

First time I have seen that one.  In my opinion, losebthe side ports and it would look better, the front ones look OK to me.  That said, I think I will keep my stock hood.

I understand the use for the side ports (although not the best looking) is to get rid of the underhood heat from that setup.

Definitely different and I think it looks good.

It looks like a good functional hood where everything has a purpose. There’s just a little too much going on for my taste.

The reason for all the "business" on the hood looks to be for the intercooler for the supercharger on top of the engine.

That Mecum Monte is going to for BIGMoney ! 555Merlin with a pro charger ? Is that a Gear Vendors overdrive? Steve, I still have my hood off. I can bring it up If you feel the need to "Experiment" on another Hood ! ....... Just sayin'
