I believe this is a 71 lower valance / bumper filler..??
GM part # 6261996 - supersedes GM # 3982477.

Looks really good, no rust no bends..best offer.

What size is the picture attachment? Sometimes it will kick it back if too large. Maybe try resizing it a bit smaller.

Even non-members can post a picture or two a day.

Drop a small nut, Bolt or washer on that floor and you’ll spend 30 minutes looking for it.
