Sorry for letting everyone down.  I was in a lot of pain yesterday and I came out totally wrong.   Please accept my apology. never know which forum to represent my thoughts but you guys seem to know how to set someone straight.  Big shoulders here I can take it. please continue to help me find that convertible. wife's only going to allow probably one more car.  she says she deserves a house.  our old farmhouse is just that OLD !!!.   Thank you again my fellow club members.  hope to meet you all one day.  sincerely Steve.

We're here for you, we've all been there a time or two. I'm in an awful amount of pain myself right now too but there's an end in sight for me (hopefully) I have another block scheduled soon but not soon enough so trying to move it up a little and Thursday I go in to have markers put in for radiation treatment.  I'm just hoping to get through this weekend camping trip in not awful pain.

Yeah thanks mark, I have looked at last year before my cancer diagnosis, went down and looked personally, your right wasn't clean and neede3d ALOT of work.  Gave them a price and just short of laughed at me.  Told them good luck at that CRAZY price.  It was the first one I looked at and thought WOW gotta be one somewhere more reasonable. thank you.  for my first experience with a convertible First Gen MONTE for sale must admit I was shocked.

I have a 1970 SS that I need to sell. I really do not drive it enough and it sits in the garage way too much. Let me know if you may be interested in it.

Sorry Steve, I didn’t know It was such an old listing. I looked for dates and didn’t see any. If it’s still for sale then it says something about their asking price.

I get contacted every couple of years from MC Convertible owners who have questions or want to compare notes. I'll keep my ears open. The foto is from August 2023 at the now closed forever Bandimere speed way west of Denver. I beat the 68 Mustang ahead of me.   Surprize-surprize! Error code -200 and I can't even delete the boxes that say "Upload failed" ...God how I hate computers!  I give up!!!! Dave

Yeah JOE, "jft69z"  that's the one I drove down from my place in Illinois to look at.  It needed alot of work. I threw them out a bid and they all but laughed at me.  granted not to my face did they laugh.  Otherwise things might have ended differently. I was serious.  told them they're price was way too high.  It' been for sale year and a half possibly more.  went down to look at before I found i had pancreatic cancer.  that kinda changed so many things with myself and my family.   but besides my issues, thank you joe for everything.  Got a buddy who has a friend trying to sell his 2 71's, both rollers, could possibly purchase VERY reasonable and with the Chevelle convertible parts readily available as I have looked into.   I may have to just make one. doesn't look too hard really.  cause they're just not easily found and don't seem affordable
