How to replace this??

Need details on how to replace shift shaft on a Turbo 400. After dropping the pan what is next? How much diassemble is required? how difficult is it? All help is appreciated.

Once the pan is off look up inside and you will find a nut on the end of the shaft. The inside shift lever is slotted and will come right off. Just be sure that you get this lever back into the slot on the shift rod when putting it back together. Not much to it.
