'70 SS one owner car for sale Northern Alberta. Asking 15k CDN. Not #s matching unfortunately. New top installed over a rust free roof. Had quarter panels installed and a color change 30 years ago. Been parked inside ever since. Needs an exhaust system from manifolds back, though I'm contemplating doing that in the next couple weeks. Needs an interior. Documentation is available from Vintage Vehicle Services as to authenticity. My father bought this new off the lot in Red Deer, AB. Air Compressor is there, though not mounted. Not sure why Dad took it out.

Apparently size does matter, and I couldn't upload photos. Message me and I can share all

Thanks for your interest

hello Darren, my name is Steve Lascody. Buffalo Illinois.  I would be interested in the car possibly.  questions:    US Dollars how much?  how does it run, any other rust issues,  what is the numbers matching issues.  we would probably need to have shipped could that be arranged?  my handle here at First Gen is S.MAUG.    you can PM me with contact numbers, ect.  I have wanted a Canadian issued Monte Carlo and to be an SS would be icing on the cake so to speak.  i'm combatting cancer so lowest price you'll take will help cement the deal.  also considering many other SS restorable sellers cars at this time.  gotta budget.  kinda into the collecting for future projects mode you understand.  wanting a convertible, and a 4-SPEED,   so lets see how it goes ok.

Hi Steve, thanks for your reply! The motor is not numbers matching. The crank broke on the original motor so it is not numbers matching. The car runs fine, definitely needs to be exercised. No rust issues at all. It had full quarters put in after an accident on the front end along with the color change. The paint has a couple chips and was not wrapped around the door pillars properly.

With todays exchange rate it works out to 11k U.S. bucks. Shipping could be arranged, though we would love to have you up here to see the Rocky Mountains if you wanted to transport it yourself......

I'll PM you my ph number and email

Oh how I remember when the Pittsburgh Penguins had a Young and hungry team and were winning Stanley Cups.  I miss those days,
