It the truck lid hinges adjustable.  The back section sticks up high enough that it will leak water in the trunk when it rains.

Make sure the spring rod going into the hinge is in its "slot" . That can cause it to lift when closed.

You typically have to bend the hinge if it's way too high. 

I'm sure you checked there are no shims already installed in there, Jeff?

I looked at mine no adjustments, like Joe said may have to bend the hinge or even bend or tweek trunk lid a bit. But be very careful if you have to bend anything!

if you take this lower latch off (two bolts and then shut the deck lid , Does that help?
