Letter from GM

I saw this post about a Monte Carlo SS 454 and he had 2 letters from GM has anyone seen this or know about it. it is hard to read but GM is basically verifying the authenticity of the SS 454

It's hard to read but my guess is it's a Canadian built SS. Canada kept records of the cars so you can get verification though GM of Canada ,just like you can get with a Pontiac here though PHS historical services. Also a nice thing with a Canadian built Monte SS is on the trim tag it has the Z20 code on it.

That is the GM Canada documents you can get from Vintage Vehicle Services for cars either built in Canada or sold new in Canada. If it was built in the US and sold new in the US that you cannot get these documents.
