Fairly solid car.... Has a few issue, but would probably outlast most anything build these days.

Yes, too much rust for me. The panel between the trunk lid and the rear window most surely needs to be replaced too.  That being said, it appears to have some cub apeal. If someone could get into it for 20k+ and do some minor cosmetics and leave the rust alone they could still have a 20 footer driver that would still get noticed.
