The following information may be hazardous to your wallet 🤣

For those who don't know, HD has a daily 24 hour sale page, sometimes some great savings,

I'm posting this just because of the 3/8 ratchet (normal tool only price $150) with 2 batteries and a charger plus 2 other tools. If you used one you know the deal, if you haven't you can thank me later 🤣

Thanks that is a great deal. I've been using Milwaukee M18 tools to build my garage and are very impressed with them . I also have the rachet and impact.

That garage is looking good Kevin. Frame it up and get it closed up and weathertight. The weather has been great so far but will change very soon. Enjoy your added space.

Willie the back garage where the Caviler is parked was a one car with a kick out if you remember. Tom and I have been planning to make it bigger for years but once mother nature decided to rot out the roof it was now time. Basically built using two of the old walls but of course bigger lol. Should be done with plywood this weekend. Like CK says got to get it sealed up before bad weather sets in.

Very nice ! You can never have enough garage space. It seems like no matter how big the garage is, we always find a way over time to fill it up .

I still kick myself for not going with the 36x60 over the 36x48 metal building that I built in 07. That extra 12’ would’ve been nice. Of course if I’d gone that route, I’d still be making this post, but the number would be 72.

I built a 30x 40 garage and I need another 28x 32   just for the cars I have finished for " parking in the winter " here in upstate New York. Oh,and more in taxes for " curb appeal ". 🤔
