Traveler Posted October 23, 2024 Posted October 23, 2024 Opinions/comments on Dakota‘s digital dash? Quote
jft69z Posted October 23, 2024 Posted October 23, 2024 Top notch quality and customer service. I prefer the RTX series as it looks like stock factory gauges when the car is off. Very versatile as far as display, adaptability to EFI systems, and a couple of optional modules if you want. Summit currently has them in stock actually, a little cheaper than direct from DD. . https://www.summitracing.com/parts/dak-rtx70ccvlx?rrec=true https://www.dakotadigital.com/index.cfm/page/ptype=product/product_id=1153/mode=prod/prd1153.htm 6 Quote
Michael Boyte Posted October 23, 2024 Posted October 23, 2024 I think you would really like the Dakota gauge setup. Actually, I don't think I have ever heard anyone say anything really negative about their setups. It looks old-school but that's it, everything else about it is today's technology !! 2 Quote
FrankOC Posted October 23, 2024 Posted October 23, 2024 I installed one in my last car. Easy install, (have a wiring diagram handy), looked stock but with additional features, and it worked great. I would go that route again if I needed a gauge update. (now I need to get that thought out of my head). 3 1 1 Quote

As usual, Summit has them in stock, and it's a few dollars cheaper than direct from D/D. 3 Quote
