I can’t help you on that one. Sorry.

I bought one years ago and put in storage. I didn't plan on using it because the burl wood insert would fit properly. Well I pulled it out today to remove the vents and for giggles I tried the insert. Guess what.. It ended up fitting better than I thought (could be the weather)..

I bought a dash from The Parts Place and the dash pad holes did not align up at all  and I had to modify the dash so the burl insert would fit properly, overall it looks a heck of a lot better than that butchered up one that I removed plus I bought a new glove box door because the old one had a 1/2" hole drilled into it so the PO could tuned the radio he had mounted in there

No sir the dash assembly. I'm just trying to see what other peoples experiences have been.

The whole thing then, with the glove box and all?

I did that, replaced the entire dash due to my radio hole being cut completely away. It fits terrible. The top trim isn't straight so the dash pad doesn't fit flush across the chrome trim. The burlwood insert covers some of the chrome trim. etc. Live and learn.

I was questioning the same thing months ago. General thought was the fit was not that good. I ended up repairing the radio cups on the original dash, and now I'm  getting it ready for paint.
