Jason probably hit it on the head. 👍 The cover isn't installed so it wasn't that. I confirmed yesterday that it was the starter getting hung up and not disengaging. Sometimes it happens bad (like in the video) and get hung while the engine is running the whole time, sometimes it gets caught up for a second and retracts and other times it works and retracts like it's supposed to. I'll probably get another as it has been abused now. Also my cover doesn't fit around the mounting block of the mini starter, it's the stock one made to fit around the big style stock starters. 8 Quote
