Dtret Posted January 11 Posted January 11 I can take pictures but I think you have a bunch in my restoration post. Let me know if you’re looking for something specific. 1 Quote

stangeba Posted January 11 Posted January 11 My 71 black cloth seats when I had them redone with material from CARS INC in 1984. I had the cloth material sewn in by an auto interior shop I knew of. 3 Quote
stangeba Posted January 11 Posted January 11 More pics of the back of the ft seat and the rear seat. The folding yellow seat is NOT from my 71 Monte. 3 Quote
stangeba Posted January 11 Posted January 11 Bucket seats I have from either a 71 or a 72, I don't remember. Not sure what exactly you need to see. 2 Quote
stangeba Posted January 11 Posted January 11 When I replaced my original ft seat / shoulder belts with 3 way belts for the ft two seats from Morris, I also ordered the (female) buckle part for both bench and bucket seat kits. The shorter ones are made for bucket seat Montes, longer are for the bench seat. NOTICE I ordered DELUXE seat belts when I ordered my 71 Monte made in Canada. Deluxe belt kit has the smaller metal GM buckles where the other have LARGE plastic buckles. 3 Quote

Dtret Posted January 11 Posted January 11 I didn’t have a decent pattern for him to go off of. He based his pattern on the rear seat so he didn’t get the double stitch in. No explanation. lol. Here is a picture of my original 72 seats which are the same. 3 Quote
Chevy Dave Posted January 11 Posted January 11 The 1971 Monte Carlo sales brochure has interior photos. You can probably find it online. 3 Quote

1Bad454 Posted January 19 Author Posted January 19 Hello gentlemen, Can somebody please post some measurement pics of the back seat seam that goes across the bottom as shown in the picture? I need seam measurements from a factory original back seat. The arrow shows the main measurement that I need from front to seam. 1 Quote
Dtret Posted January 19 Posted January 19 I’m coming up with 9” to the center. Remember the only true number is brand new gm. These seats have been sat on ,hot, cold , wet and whatever else has happened in 54 years. I think your best estimate is going to be just over 9 inches. 3 Quote
1Bad454 Posted January 19 Author Posted January 19 Thank you so much gentlemen! This is a huge help. The upholstery guy has been hesitant to start until he gets these pictures and measurements. 1 Quote
