Has anybody tried paintless dent repair on their MC? I have two slight dings on my drivers side rear quarter panel (makes me sick thinking about it)..

My thought is that it may not work do to our cars having a heavier gage steel body compared to new vehicles.

Hey Ronald,

Although I'm not overly impressed with the "full body" restoration I had done, the guy that did the work has been doing paintless dent repairs for over 25 years.

He even does contract work for several dealerships around town. So there are outfits that can do what you need done.

Just check the reviews before you decide....

To be fair, he did warn me that Montelishi was his first full body project. And most of the work he did was really good, the only issue was that he didn't let the filler cure in a couple spot that have now started to bubble. :(

Personally, I think he was just overwhelmed by the size of the job, because he does get great reviews on the dings and dents he does fix.

Scott.

Our cars may to have metal that is tothick for the paint dent removal to work well. On these new cars the metal in my doghouse is more metal than in a whole new car LOL
