1Bad454 Posted March 17 Posted March 17 I saw Jared's video about the Fusick rear quarter window seals. My question is how do they mount? On a bracket? If so what does the bracket look like? Quote
jft69z Posted March 17 Posted March 17 Are you looking for the outers, or the inners? The 'OQW702' seals in the video are the outers, and they have small screws. https://www.fusickautomotiveproducts.com/prodinfo.asp?number=OQW702 The Inner seals use clips. Be aware, the originals had 3 clips, aftermarkets have 2. They will work, but not exact like factory. https://www.ebay.com/itm/271846696374 https://www.summitracing.com/parts/sft-5023?srsltid=AfmBOopckRLd8pNUqIUEsTmCF0IIwFND1hSGLZ2rZWEU3RRd7qiT8_yq https://classicoldsmobile.com/forums/body-paint-66/72-supreme-quarter-window-rear-seals-125479/ 2 Quote
1Bad454 Posted March 17 Author Posted March 17 I'm looking for both.. Do they come with the clips? Do the clips mount on the body? Also there is no rear track to support the back side of the quarter window that faces the rear of the car? Quote
jft69z Posted March 17 Posted March 17 There's a sheet metal lip that the inners clip on to. Look at the pictures, clips are attached to the inner seals. 2 Quote
willie Posted March 17 Posted March 17 Ron, like Joe said the outers get screwed on with 3 screws. The inner one just gets pushed the inside "C" pillar and both hold the window stable without a track in that area. 1 Quote
