CantAffordAFord Posted April 3 Posted April 3 A couple years ago I acquired a 1970 Monte Carlo, factory 454 with bucket seats. I am going to be restoring it, and I look forward to posting pictures and progress over the next Lord knows how long. Glad to be here. 3 Quote
420ponies Posted April 3 Posted April 3 Welcome to the FGMCC! An SS !! Well now,I bet you have story to tell about it. Would like to hear on how you acquired it, options it has on it as well. There is lots of information on these well sought after BBC Monte Carlo's(we have a registry). I've been here since 2005 and the knowledge from the people here is endless. Check out the Eastern Meet in Kentucky this year, with or without your Monte ,I'm sure you would have a great time with them. I've changed mine over to a Custom "Clone" in the last 3yrs and finally going to drive it this spring. 427BBC,Turbo 400,12 bolt (3:73 ratio),Yukon Posi unit. Oh, forgot.........Pictures are great to share with us . 5 Quote
