If any one has some super clean or nos available ( depending on price  ) I would be grateful.

I have one that is super nice, the rest not so much. Not saying they couldn’t be cleaned and polished.

That is simply the extent of my quick research on the topic. I’m sure in the brochure they wanted to make it appear you get all features listed. And then charge extra if you wanted them. But weather they were standard items or not, which evidently they were not, they were never free…

The brochure you posted was for 1971. The rallys were part of the SS454 package for 1971 so what it says in that brochure is correct.
For 1970, the rally wheels were not part of the SS454 package. A 1970 SS454 came with the standard wheel covers on 15x7 rims unless you ordered the optional wheel covers or rally wheels at an extra cost.

So doing the simple math I was at least 1/2 right. Better than being 100 percent wrong I guess.

I guess you and me both.  I prefer to say I was mistaken.  I thought I was wrong once but I was just mistaken.

Your batting average is still better than most weathermen. So at least you got that going for you… which is nice.

I agree with Aaron. The brochure has to be a '71 because it mentions the international symbols, which were not available for '70. Also, the '70 15x7 non-Rally wheel that came with either of the two available full wheel covers was code AF on the build sheets. I've seen in the past where guys would say Chevrolet used black 15x7 Rallys (which would have been code YH for '70, not FW) with the full wheel covers. Not according to the build sheets I've been collecting. Rallys were not behind full wheel covers. I also don't believe Rally wheels were ever black on the front side.

After scrubbing and cleaning 13 of these, the best 4 are pictured.

I am sorry it has taken me so long to respond.  I have a total of 6.  Two of them I think are NOS and I would like to keep them along with two of the other ones I have but I would part with two of them.  Unfortunately I think the ones Dennis has may be in better shape than the two I could send you.
