GRAY 70 Monte Carlo Posted April 26 Posted April 26 The best thing I can say is really take you time .Stretch it multiple times just keep going around it . Lots of clips and do put your screws in before you put the headliner back in it is much easier to find them after headliner is installed 2 Quote

1Bad454 Posted May 14 Author Posted May 14 Okay I've been installing my headliner and I think that I would rather get a tooth pulled without anesthesia... Anyways I'm stuck on the drivers side sail panel area.. I can't get the wrinkles out. I've spent hours trying to solve this. Does anybody have any ideas?? 2 Quote

I really don't have any idea, but I was guessing that maybe some steam if you have one of the steamers to get wrinkles out, and maybe a paint roller to help stretch the fabric. 2 Quote
willie Posted May 14 Posted May 14 Ron i never did one so you should wait for someone who did to jump in. From looking at it i would think you might have to take that last bow off and move it back one hole to stretch every thing back a little, so that way would be tight, then go side to side. And please dont pull any teeth out just yet, our members will figure it out for you!! 2 1 Quote
Dtret Posted May 14 Posted May 14 I have never attempted one either but for my curiosity is there a specified front and rear? Quote

FrankOC Posted May 14 Posted May 14 Ron, the material looks like it is bunched up on the second to the last rod. Is the listing cut back enough to allow the side of the headliner to be pulled tight side to side? 2 Quote
