Have new clock in hand , would to know how to remove old clock and replace with new

You going to have to pull the dash pad and remove the cluster. It can be done without pulling the dash but not easy. Remember to pull the PRNDL clip and cable off the steering column.

Here is a long (Snowball) list and pictures of things I did when I needed to replace my (NO A/C) heater core. I also had my clock rebuilt and included that in the list of things I did.
