Dtret Posted May 15 Posted May 15 What good is it? It doesn’t need any work. My sense of purpose would be lost. Who’s got time to sit and look at a beautiful , done car ? lol. Very nice car. 1 3 Quote
alain boileau Posted May 15 Posted May 15 🙂This would be a great car for somebody at the other end of the hobby I/E if you are winding down on restoration projects and you still want to be in the game Or someone that wants in and does not want the challenge of a full restoration Alain 1970 platinum 442 4spd factory A/C🙂 Quote

He has a really nice 1971 Olds Cutlass, and whenever I either offer help or suggestions he says he would rather pay someone to work on it. He refuses to tackle even the easiest jobs. I feel kind of sorry for him really. 2 Quote

I feel kind of sorry for him really. I stumble and fall a bunch 🤣 But working on the car gives me knowledge and some experience. My X neighbor was like that with his moustang, he asked me about replacing the shocks, I told him what I put on the cougar and where to get them. It was x-mas time so I told him go to Lowes or HD and get a set of wrench's and we 'd swap them out after work one nite. He said thanks but no, paid a shop to do them 🙃 1 Quote
