BobW Posted June 17 Posted June 17 Finally got AC hoses made for the Sanden compressor on the Passenger side. The stock compressor switch wire has a resistor that was mounted to the body (ground) of the stock compressor. Is that resistor necessary on the new Sanden compressor? Quote

72 Monte Carlo Posted June 17 Posted June 17 Bob, Which model of Sanden compressor did you get? My factory AC compressor is locked up and I'm thinking of getting a Sanden compressor and some aftermarket BB AC compressor brackets for my 72 air conditioned Monte. Quote

It's an SD-7B10 that came with a March Performance accessory mid-mount system. Quote

Which vendor did you get the mid-mount system from? Do they make it for a Big Block Chevy? My friend already has a Sanden AC compressor that I can have, but I'll just need to see which model of compressor it is first. Quote
