Nice. Let’s see where that ends up. That thing is longer than my work area in my basement. lol. But I do know that I could fill it up with all the tools I have, not counting what comes with it. My guess is 12,500

I get that this is a tool box full of tools. Thats my disclaimer. lol. I never got into the toolbox hype. These monster box’s can run up to 25 grand now and the return on investment is absolutely nothing. Toolboxes don’t make a mechanic money the quality tools do. I get that they are nice to have and they are great quality but I can get decent boxes relatively inexpensive, in comparison. My rant. Over. lol.

LOL  No rant here, i would love to have that Box! But i don't make a living from it, so it will Not happen. However the 2 boxes that i do have and are Snappy i bought used and needed to be cleaned up, a lot. Didn't care as i knew what i wanted as the others were a pain in the butt, rusting out and drawers getting jammed cause they couldn't handle the weight. Now its to the point i don't need any more snappy but i still grab them when the deal is right!!!  they are a better product and my knuckles thank me for it!!! LOL

I also like MatCo tools same quality as Snappy and a lot of times cheaper than Snappy at least locally they seem to be

This is the only Snap-On box I own 🤣 Great little set tho. My buddy won this Cornwell at the US Nat's in Indy 2? years ago. I'm mainly Husky/Kobalt with a few HF thrown in here and there

I most likely have a few pieces of nearly every brand of tools out there. However, in my opinion, Snap-on followed by Mac tools would be the preferred manufacturer for us. As someone stated earlier, fewer busted knuckles with the better brands.

That’s a nice box but I believe I’d rather have what it goes for and build me a detached garage with a lift lol. Not saying anything bad about Snap-On I was a Heavy Duty Truck Tech for a couple years and that was the truck I purchased most of my tools from and when I graduated college we could choose either a Snap-On tool set or Napa I went for the Snap-On lol. But anymore I just stick with what tools I have or go to Harbor Freight lol. I still have the same Craftsman tool box 20 years later still going strong.

You betcha! I'd rather have a space for my cars, and add a tool box later. I'm looking a 3 bay with a lift. This way, I have a place to put finished cars, and projects! The price it's at is close to the finished pole barn.

I still have some old craftsman too 😁 I mainly buy husky/kobalt on holiday sales, almost 50% of the normal prices. The HD 24 hour sale page is where I got most of my Milwaukee 12V tools, free shipping and if I have a coupon tax free 🤘

I have a snap on top box I bought in 1973 and craftsman middle and bottom i got about 20 years ago. When I ran out of room again I got a craftsman set top middle and bottom about 5 years ago. Definitely not the quality of the older boxes.

I don’t know if this still remains true but years ago snaps tool box’s were made by Waterloo. They also made the cheap stuff that was sold at discount stores.

I saw a graph some time ago, don't know how factual it was but......It showed that just a few companies manufactured MOST of the tools for all the brands.

Craftsman (when they were at Sears) was great on replacements, HD has been with the Husky , and I haven't broken any Kobalt yet 🤣

Dewalt was very good with battery replacement also

i wish i had room for that box but my shop is too small. my snap on box is almost as big and loaded with snappy, mac, matco tools. need more room some tools piled on top of others. cant see buying another box hopefully retire soon

To spend 20,000 on a box is hard for me to imagine. I’ll make do with my hillbilly boxes and shelves. lol. 😝

Dennis,That looks well organized. Maybe  you should do a traveling show on how to organize garages . I sure could use it here at mine. organize it like you did yours. I have no skills like that at all.
