DragCat Posted July 17 Posted July 17 Both just listed recently, I think the red is insane priced but I'm posting them both anyway https://kinionauto.com/vdp/22797735/Used-1971-Chevrolet-Monte-Carlo-2dr-Cpe-SS-for-sale-in-Clarence-IA-52216 https://kinionauto.com/vdp/22797296/Used-1972-Chevrolet-Monte-Carlo-for-sale-in-Clarence-IA-52216 1 Quote
Dtret Posted July 18 Posted July 18 Ya. The red one is wack ( IMO). Haven’t got to the black yet. 3 Quote
72-CLASSIC_RIDE Posted July 18 Posted July 18 Did adding the SS in the Heading elevate it $30,000.00? In the Description, no reference to SS which was smart as I see nothing on the car suggesting it being an SS! Guess it was just the suggestion in the heading? And No Center Console! Doug 1 Quote
Scott S. Posted July 18 Posted July 18 Neither one is close to original...... And 70 grand is a lot for for a car that altered. But that's just my opinion. 2 Quote
Marks71 Posted July 18 Posted July 18 The 71 has so many mods that even if it was a real one, it would be too cost prohibitive to get it right again. Especially for 70k, or even 50k. I see it has the shock protectors, and the trailing arms are boxed but no sway bar. Plus all the AC is missing. The 72 seems a little more in line with its pricing. Though still a bit high. 3 Quote
