Zdyb 71 Posted August 6 Posted August 6 The boys and I are stripping down this 71, if anyone wants the body and frame let me know. It’s in bad shape and I have no where to store it. It’s located in the North ft worth area. 2 1 Quote
willie Posted August 6 Posted August 6 Leo if the pics show what she looks like now, you guys still have some good parts to take off and sell!!! 2 Quote
Zdyb 71 Posted August 7 Author Posted August 7 Hey Willi, we do still have some part to remove, not sure all what but once we are done it’s for whom ever wants her. The floor pans are shot to include truck pans. The rear traction bars are rusted out. Underneath is bad! I’ll get better picks next time I go. 1 Quote
Rob Peters Posted August 7 Posted August 7 Condition of the front spindles? Chevelle guys with front drum brakes love to get ahold of them. rob 3 Quote
72 Monte Carlo Posted August 7 Posted August 7 The front disc brakes and spindles, the bucket seats, the console, the rear seat, seat belts, inner rear quarter panels, the hvac box, etc., anything that someone else might need for their 1st gen Monte, will hold some value. 2 Quote

Dtret Posted Tuesday at 12:37 AM Posted Tuesday at 12:37 AM Based on the recent pictures, if that’s what is left it would be worth getting. I still have to go to Burton Tx to get one. I don’t know if I can do two trips. 19 hours- one way. 1 Quote

Rust yes but it also looks like the back side of the rotor is worn almost to to the vent fins while the front side has very little wear. rob 2 Quote
